  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Subscriptions: All subscriptions are paid. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel. We aim to answer support requests within 48 hours.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of signing up. After this guarantee period, or for any renewal payments, fees are non-refundable.

If we are found liable for any reason, it will be capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. Of course, nothing in these terms limits your rights under law or any liability we can't exclude by law.

Please read the full Terms & Conditions below for all details. By using Learnmind's Service, you agree to everything in the full terms.

Introduction

Welcome to Learnmind! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online platform and services provided by Learnmind Technologies Ltd ("Learnmind", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who We Are: Learnmind Technologies Ltd is a company registered in Cyprus (Company No. HE 432871). Our registered address is Suite 402, 88 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, 4042 Limassol, Cyprus. You can contact us at hello@learnmind.ai.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of 27 August 2025 (version 1.0). They apply to all users of the Service from that date until we update them.

Other Policies: Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We also use cookies and similar technologies; see the Cookies section below for more information.

Eligibility and Accounts

Minimum Age: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use Learnmind. The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. By registering or using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Account Registration: To access our content and features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during sign-up, and to keep your account information updated. Keep your login credentials confidential – you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, notify us immediately at hello@learnmind.ai.

Personal Use Only: Your account and subscription are personal to you (or the organisation you represent, if applicable). You must not share your login details or give access to the Service to anyone who isn't covered by your subscription. If we detect account sharing or unauthorised access, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Subscription and Fees

Paid Subscriptions: Learnmind operates on a paid subscription model – we do not offer free trials. To use the Service, you must purchase a subscription and pay the applicable fees. Pricing and available plans are described on our website. All fees are charged in advance (for example, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g. each month or year) unless you cancel before the next renewal date. By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee to that payment method at each renewal. We will remind you of upcoming renewals as required by law (for example, for annual subscriptions, we may send a renewal notice).

Payment: You must ensure your payment information (such as credit card details) is accurate and up-to-date. If a payment fails or cannot be processed, we may suspend your access until you resolve it. Any sales tax or VAT (if applicable) will be included or clearly stated at checkout.

Changes to Fees: We may change our subscription fees in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice (for example, by email or via the Service) and the new rates will apply to the next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a fee change, you can cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.

Support: We aim to provide timely support to our subscribers. If you have any issues or need help, you can contact us at hello@learnmind.ai. We strive to respond to support requests within 48 hours. (Support is usually provided via email in English.)

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling Your Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The easiest way is through your account settings on our website, or you can contact us at hello@learnmind.ai for assistance. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid period. Your subscription will not renew after that period ends.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a new customer, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@learnmind.ai. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with us and does not cover any renewal payments.

Refunds After the Guarantee Period: Except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable. Once the initial 30-day period has passed, or for any subscription renewals, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription after the guarantee period has ended, you will not be refunded for the remainder of that month.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Customers): If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel a new subscription contract within 14 days of purchase. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides you with a more generous cancellation policy that runs alongside your statutory rights. Requesting a refund under our guarantee within the first 14 days will also be treated as your exercise of this statutory right.

How Refunds Are Handled: If you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee or other applicable law, we will process it as soon as possible, returning the funds to your original payment method. No handling fees will be applied.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If the Service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under law.

Termination by Us: If we suspend or terminate your account due to your breach of these Terms (for example, misuse or non-payment), you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate the Service entirely or end your subscription for our convenience (not due to your breach), we may provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.

Intellectual Property and Licence

Our Content: All content available on Learnmind’s platform – including videos, lessons, text, graphics, code, templates, and any other materials – is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Learnmind and our logo are trademarks of Learnmind Technologies Ltd. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

Licence to Use: While you have an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content and resources on the platform for your personal or professional development. This licence is only for you; you may not share, sub-license, or transfer it to anyone else. You may use the content (including downloadable resources like templates) for your own projects and learning. Commercial use of templates is allowed as described below.

Templates and Downloadable Resources: During your subscription, you may have the ability to download certain resources (for example, design templates, documents, or code snippets) provided through the Service. You are allowed to use and modify these downloads for your own personal or commercial projects (for example, using a template in your client work or your own business). Once you have legitimately downloaded a resource during an active subscription, you may continue to use it indefinitely even after your subscription ends, subject to any usage guidelines we provided at download. However, after your subscription is cancelled or lapses, you will no longer receive updates or new versions of those templates, and you won’t have access to download them again from the platform.

Restrictions: Except for the rights expressly granted to you, you must not do (or allow anyone else to do) the following:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content to anyone who is not a subscriber, outside of the permitted use of templates described above.
  • Publish or share our course videos, text, or other materials on any public platform without our written permission.
  • Resell, rent, or sub-license our content or your access to the Service.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary marks on the content.
  • Use our trademarks (like “Learnmind” or our logos) without our permission, except as necessary to refer to our Service in a truthful and non-misleading way.

If you are unsure whether a particular use of our content is allowed, please contact us and ask.

Acceptable Use Policy

We want Learnmind to be a helpful and secure environment for everyone. By using the Service, you agree to the following rules of acceptable use:

  • Lawful Purposes: You will only use the Service for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • No Harmful Behaviour: Do not attempt to disrupt or harm our Service. This includes prohibitions on introducing viruses or other malicious code, attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts, or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
  • Respect for Others: If the platform includes any community features (such as forums, comments, or chats), you must treat others with respect. Do not harass, bully, or defame other users or our staff. Do not post content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights.
  • No Unauthorised Sharing: Do not share content from the Service outside the platform except as permitted. For example, you shouldn’t upload our course materials or templates to public forums or websites.
  • No Misuse of AI Tools: If our Service provides AI-based tools or features, you agree to use them only for their intended educational purpose. Do not use them to generate unlawful content or to mislead others. Understand that AI outputs may be imperfect (see the Disclaimers section below).

If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice, as described under Termination by Us above.

Disclaimers (Educational Content, No Advice)

Educational Purpose: Learnmind provides educational content and tools to help you learn and develop skills. While we strive to offer high-quality and up-to-date materials, all information, tutorials, and resources on the platform are provided for general learning purposes only. We do not guarantee that following our guidance will lead to any particular outcome or success (such as earning a certain income, gaining clients, or achieving specific results). Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and skill.

No Professional Advice: Nothing on our platform constitutes professional advice. For example, if our content includes topics related to business, finance, or law, it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always seek independent professional advice tailored to your situation if you need it. We are not liable for any actions you take based on information you got from our Service.

AI Tools Disclaimer: Our Service may include artificial intelligence (“AI”) powered features or tools (for instance, AI-driven copywriting assistants, design suggestions, or other automated outputs). These AI tools are provided to enhance your learning experience, but they are not guaranteed to be accurate or reliable. AI is an evolving technology, and it may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information or content. You should not rely solely on AI outputs without verification. Learnmind is not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on AI-generated content on our platform.

Service “As Is”: We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This means we do not make promises that the Service will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. For example, there may be occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues beyond our control. We will try to fix problems as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or that it will meet your specific needs.

No Other Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. However, we promise to provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the description provided.

Limitation of Liability

Indirect or Consequential Losses: To the extent allowed by law, Learnmind will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms. This means we are not responsible for losses that were not directly caused by our actions or that we could not reasonably foresee. In particular, we are not liable for things like:

  • loss of profits or business opportunity,
  • loss of revenue or anticipated savings,
  • loss of data, or
  • any damage to your reputation or goodwill.

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. For example, if you have paid ÂŁ200 in subscription fees in the last year, that is the maximum we would potentially owe you for all combined claims.

No Limitation for Certain Losses: We do not limit or exclude our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your Rights: As a consumer, you may have certain rights under law (including statutory rights relating to the provision of digital content). These Terms are not intended to limit your rights beyond what the law allows. For instance, if the Service fails to meet the standards required by law (such as being of acceptable quality or as described), you may be entitled to remedies like a repair or a refund. The limitations in this section apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Testimonials and Case Studies

User Testimonials: We love to celebrate our users’ success. From time to time, Learnmind may contact you to request a testimonial or to ask if you’d like to be featured in a case study or other promotional material. For example, we might inquire if you achieved a great result using our platform and would be willing to share your story.

Your Choice: Participating in testimonials or case studies is completely voluntary. We will always ask for your explicit permission before using your name, likeness (such as a photo), or story. If you agree to provide a testimonial or be featured, we may use the content you provide (e.g. your quotes, results, or images) on our website, social media, or other marketing channels to promote Learnmind. We will always strive to present your story in a respectful and positive manner, and we can review with you how the information will be used if you request.

Privacy: Any personal data we collect and use for testimonials or case studies will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you change your mind after agreeing to a testimonial, you can contact us and we will stop using your information in future marketing (though we may not be able to retract materials already published).

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is very important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In summary:

  • We will use your personal data to provide and improve the Service (for example, using your email to send you updates or your name to personalise your experience).
  • We may also use your information as needed for customer support, to process payments, or to send you service-related communications.
  • We will not share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.
  • You have certain rights over your data, such as the right to access or delete your information, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications.

For full details on how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we can collect and use your information as outlined there.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like most online platforms, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to personalise your experience and gather usage statistics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They allow us to remember your preferences (for example, language or display settings) and track your interactions with our site.

We may also use cookies and tracking pixels from third-party analytics and advertising partners (such as Google Analytics or social media platforms) to collect information about how you found us and how our marketing campaigns are performing.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but note that some site features might not function properly without them. For more details on how we use cookies, you can refer to our Privacy Policy or reach out to us with any questions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time, especially as our Service evolves or laws change. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Effective Date" at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or via a notice on the platform.

Any revised Terms will take effect when they are posted, unless stated otherwise. By continuing to use the Service after the new Terms come into effect, you indicate your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the Service and (if applicable) cancel your subscription.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. This choice of law will not deprive you of any consumer protections under the law of your home country that are required by law to apply to your contract with us. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of law applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute may be brought to the competent courts. If you reside in the UK or an EU member state, you may choose to file legal proceedings either in your local courts or in the courts of Cyprus. If you reside outside of the UK/EU, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless applicable law allows otherwise.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or policies we provide within the Service) form the entire agreement between you and Learnmind regarding your use of the Service. They replace any earlier agreements or understandings between us. Any additional or different terms you may propose (for example, in a purchase order or an email) will not apply unless we expressly agree in writing.

No Waiver: If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms at any time, it doesn’t mean we give up our right to enforce it later. Similarly, if we waive a breach of these Terms, that waiver is limited to that particular situation and does not imply any further waiver.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

No Third-Party Rights: These Terms are just between you and Learnmind. No other person has any rights to enforce any of these Terms under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

Transfer of Rights: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, and we will notify you if that happens.

Contact and Notices: You agree that we may communicate with you electronically (e.g. by email or by posting notices on our website). For example, we will use the email address associated with your account to send you important announcements about the Service or these Terms. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up-to-date and to review any communications from us. If you have any questions about these Terms or need to reach us for any reason, please email hello@learnmind.ai.
